With these warmer temperatures, please remember to take extra care of yourselves — and your feet too! 👣


Stay hydrated, avoid standing in the heat for too long, and try to wear comfortable, breathable footwear whenever possible.
One of my favourite little cooling tips for tired, hot feet is to place them in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes. It can really help cool the whole body down and soothe swollen or aching feet at the same time 😊


Also remember to: 💧 Drink plenty of water
🧴 Use moisturiser to stop skin drying out
👡 Avoid walking barefoot on hot surfaces
🦶 Check your feet daily if you suffer with diabetes or poor circulation.
